Phat Huy T4's real name is Truong Dan Huy, born in 2004 from Quang Ngai. He is a former student of Le Quy Don High School (Binh Son). He currently lives and works in Ho Chi Minh City. Since his school days, the young singer has begun to learn about music. He has sought inspiration and composed his own songs since he was only a 9th grader.

Phat Huy's talent was discovered by the audience when he was in 11th grade through the song "Phan Duyen Lo Lang". Thanks to the initial success and his name becoming closer to the audience, the young singer realized the path he wanted to pursue and was determined to improve himself.

On his journey to find his own style, Phat Huy tried many different genres of music. However, the male singer realized that he performed best when singing about painful and broken love stories. Therefore, he decided to focus on developing his singing ability on this theme, and it has become his forte up to now.

Phat Huy humorously shared: "My forte is writing songs about broken love stories. Only when I write broken love songs do I feel happy." Although he specializes in composing and singing "depressed" songs, the male singer once admitted that what he writes does not entirely come from his own story.

Instead, the Gen Z singer uses his imagination and takes material from the life around him to create emotional and truthful stories. "I'm not a very mature person, not fully aware of society and love. I'm also not a person who has experienced many things, so right now I find it difficult to compose lyrics," Phat Huy confided.

Before Phat Huy’s songs went viral online and were warmly received by audiences, his family did not support him pursuing an artistic career. Instead, his parents hoped that the young man would pursue a career in medicine and become a doctor in the future - a stable and high-paying career.

However, after Phat Huy proved his ability through successful music products, his family began to acknowledge his talent more. They even became a strong spiritual support that helped the male singer develop to the present time.

In 2023, Phat Huy T4 released the MV "Em La Ke Dang Thuong" and quickly attracted a lot of attention from the audience. The song was combined by many social media users into an excerpt from the movie "Nha Ba Nu". Because the lyrics are very suitable for the situation of the female lead in the movie.

The male singer excitedly shared: "I feel very happy when my song is associated with a movie that is at the top of the box office in Vietnam. Although it is not the main OST of the movie, my song is still loved and welcomed by many audiences, so I feel that I am very lucky and blessed by my ancestors." Currently, the MV "Em La Ke Dang Thuong" has received 34 million views on YouTube.

Riding on the momentum, Phat Huy released a series of million-view songs that "stormed" social networks. The most recent one is "Bao Gio Cho Den Ngay Xua". According to the male singer, this is not only a song but also a music project that he has cherished for a long time and is also considered the product he is most satisfied with in his career.

In a conversation with VOH, Phat Huy shared that the song idea originated from the youthful memories that everyone has experienced. The male singer believes that, regardless of the circumstances, everyone has a beautiful youth and the student period is an unforgettable time.
