According to Ms. Huong's application, after more than half a year of waiting for judgment execution but could not, she asked the Go Vap District Civil Court Sub-department to provide information on the process of judgment execution.

After that, enforcer Tran Thi Thanh summoned Ms. Huong to come and make a record to settle the judgment execution.

According to this record, Nguyen Tran Hoang Phong is currently serving a sentence in prison, so the apartment building in Ward 14, Go Vap District, is managed by Ms. Tran Hoang Hoa Mi (mother of Nguyen Tran Hoang Phong) and 2 children. , use.

Also according to this minutes, through verification, the above apartment has not been granted a certificate (only an apartment sale and purchase contract) and has not yet fulfilled its financial obligations to the investor. Dissatisfied with the above minutes, Ms. Huong said that the judgment enforcement unit did not comply with the regulations on judgment execution, negatively affecting her finances, health, effort and time.

Ms. Huong presented in the application: "If there is nothing hidden, why are the director of the department and the executor irresponsible and do not proceed with the execution of the judgment for me?".

Before that, around 5am on January 30, 2020 (the 6th of the Lunar New Year), Nguyen Tran Hoang Phong drove a Mercedes from the basement of the 108 Hong Ha building, Phu Nhuan district, to the Hoang Minh Giam intersection.

When he reached 123 Hong Ha, because he did not control the speed, Phong drove his car into the opposite lane, directly hitting Mr. Le Manh Thuong's motorbike. At this time, Mr. Thuong was carrying Nguyen Thi Bich Huong, traveling in the opposite direction.

The accident caused him to die at the hospital. Ms. Huong was lucky to escape death, but was injured up to 79%.

The court also ordered the defendant to compensate flight attendant Nguyen Thi Bich Huong a total of 1.5 billion VND.

The trial panel also annulled the transfer document of the apartment contract in Go Vap district between Mrs. Mi (Phong's mother) and Phong; continue to maintain the measure of foreclosure on the apartment until another decision is made to ensure compensation for the victims.
