"Queen of Rock" - Ngoc Anh's real name is Truong Thi Ngoc Anh, born in 1964. During the operation, she was fondly called by the audience by her real name Ngoc Anh. She was born and raised in the beloved land of Saigon. This was also the starting ground for her admiring singing career.

Even at an early age, Ngoc Anh soon showed his musical talent. At the age of 13, Ngoc Anh started participating in the Children's Club where she lives. After a few years, Ngoc Anh joined the singing team of the City Children's House and learned about vocal notation here. At the same time, Ngoc Anh accompanied the choir to tour all over Vietnam.

When she passed the children's class, at the age of 17, she participated in student art groups of Nguyen Thai Binh School. At this age, singer Ngoc Anh began singing "adult" music, i.e. love music and vibrant music. Besides the performances, her group won nearly 20 first prizes, while she alone won 8 or 9 first place awards in solo.

It is this frequent touring, which has given her a lot of experience singing as well as stage performance. This gave her confidence in front of the audience and also stepped stone to become the "queen of Rock" later.

In 1986, it was an important milestone for singer Ngoc Anh. This was her first time singing on the professional music scene with the song "Spring on the Oil Wells". The voice she sang impressed the audience and the name Ngoc Anh was also more noticed. After this song, she was asked to continue collaborating to become a professional singer and has made a lot of achievements.

In 88, she was invited as an independent singer to perform in 5 Eastern European countries with the Saigon Light Music Troupe for 6 months. She then returned to Vietnam and continued to perform everywhere. It can be said that after the generation of Bao Yan - Nha Phuong... Ngoc Anh was one of the female singers who dominated the Vietnamese music market from 1990 to 1999 with her young, vibrant, sometimes passionate, sometimes sweet folk songs.

Ngoc Anh pursues many such music genres, but she is known as the "queen of Rock" by fans. Perhaps it is because she has made many people admire her ability to sing Rock songs.

The singer revealed that at that time, she hardly wore a tunic or dress, but was attached to jeans and boots. The singer joked: "Choosing clothes like that, is also a way for me to keep gold."

The one-time queen of rock said that in those days, she often brought a lot of gold to tour. The secret to keeping her gold is to string and attach a tape needle, worn inside her belt. The singer admits that when she performs a lot, receiving high salaries, she often saves by buying gold. She once revealed that each show is worth several gold trees. Each time she came home from the show, her cassette was poured out in the middle of the house for 4-5 people to sit in bundles, put in the cupboard because there was no time to count.

In 1986, she also sang the song "Spring in Ho Chi Minh City " and was highly appreciated by musician Xuan Hong, the song's author. It was Xuan Hong who wholeheartedly helped Ngoc Anh handle the climax, but the notes let her perform the song more fully.

When musician Xuan Hong died, Ngoc Anh was present at the funeral as a relative. And at that time, musician Xuan Hong's son, who was stuck in the US, could not return, through the video of his father's funeral sent by his family, he was very impressed with a strange young girl sitting crying her father. After he died for a year, when he returned home he found the girl. From there, the 2 had a chance to meet and they got married. It was 1996, exactly 10 years after Ngoc Anh sang Spring in Ho Chi Minh City.

The queen of rock also shared the interesting detail that it was two days before her visa expired before she decided to follow her husband to the US. According to Ngoc Anh at that time, she did not want to go to the US because in Vietnam, Ngoc Anh had a career and an audience. But for the sake of her family's happiness, Ngoc Anh had to consider it before leaving.

When she first passed, she did not have relationships with shows and strange life much, Ngoc Anh went to voice Taiwanese and Hong Kong films, looking for small joys. Then began to be noticed by music centers.

Because her husband did not want children, Ngoc Anh divorced after 5 years of marriage. Ngoc Anh then married 1 construction contractor in Canada, originally from Can Tho, and gave birth to her first daughter. In her 2nd marriage, the singer was betrayed by her partner right after giving birth to her daughter Angela, causing her to lose faith and "disillusionment". When the daughter is 4 years old, the 2nd marriage ends.

Talking about her 2nd husband, Ngoc Anh expressed: "My personality is very strong and not resigned, did not accept that I quit. It was a huge pain to me.

After the separation, Ngoc Anh and her 2nd husband still maintained a civilized friendship. When the opportunity arises, the singer arranges for her daughter to go out with her father, or organize parties with her ex-husband and close relatives.

After experiencing "2 beatings", Ngoc Anh confessed that she wanted to make up for it, spend everything good for her children and focus on raising her children to study. Family is also the motivation that helps the singer overcome the ups and downs of life.

After a long time settling abroad, Ngoc Anh has had many activities in Vietnam in recent years. Her daughter is 19 years old, studying in the first year of the acting department at Ho Chi Minh City University of Theatre and Cinema.

At the age of 59, Ngoc Anh comfortably enjoys the single life. Although past his prime, the singer still retains his love for the profession, regularly practicing to keep his voice. She still goes to sing at events and TV shows, without economic pressure.
