People's Artist Tran Nhuong was born in 1952 and has been involved in art since he was very young. He is famous for his diverse roles, from positive to negative. Tran Nhuong grew up in the Hai Hung Song and Dance Troupe and has had many roles that have "nailed" the hearts of audiences since the 80s of the last century. He used to be an actor in the People's Police Drama Troupe, then switched to acting and had many successes.

After finishing high school, he registered for the Mathematics Department of Hanoi University but failed. Unexpectedly, that was like a fate that brought him to his passion for art when at that time the Hai Hung Dance and Drama Troupe was recruiting actors. Although he was a bit hesitant at first, thanks to his friend's encouragement, he applied.

It is true that "the profession chooses the person", at the time he entered the art world, he successfully passed the selection rounds and became an actor of the Hai Hung Dance and Drama Troupe in a state of both joy and worry because his family opposed it. Even to pursue art, the male artist had to sacrifice many things, including getting married.

With his versatile acting, Tran Nhuong has won the hearts of audiences and affirmed his position in the art world. People's Artist Tran Nhuong is also an excellent stage actor, contributing to many famous plays at the Vietnam Drama Theater.

Although he is over 70 years old, Tran Nhuong still tirelessly pursues his passion for art. He regularly participates in film and theater projects and is always dedicated to art. He has received many prestigious awards throughout his career, including Meritorious Artist (2001) and People's Artist (2015) - noble titles for artists with outstanding contributions to art.

Regarding his personal life, Tran Nhuong has gone through three failed marriages. Currently, he is single and satisfied with his life. The male artist cherishes his freedom and does not want to bother his children. "When I go on business trips or travel, I always rent a private room because I do not want to bother anyone," he said.

He founded art-related companies such as: Vietnam Experimental Theater Joint Stock Company; Vietnam Traditional Arts Preservation and Development Joint Stock Company. Besides, he also participates in professional associations and clubs such as: Experimental Theater Club, Vietnam Star Football Club, Retired Police Club, and Middle-aged Happiness Club.

People's Artist Tran Nhuong often travels, explores new places and spends time on personal hobbies. "Now I just wish I had a woman by my side to remind me to take my medicine every day, that would be great," he once expressed. The male artist is satisfied with his current life and wishes to have good health to continue pursuing his passion for art.
