Moments later, the authorities came and worked with this person. I found out later that he was the leader of the bingo troupe singing at the fair," he said.

According to Kim Zilong, in his decades of work, this is the first time he has encountered such a situation. The artist said he just wanted to serve the audience, not like to make noise. Therefore, he was not satisfied with this person's attitude and behavior.

The artist shared: "After working with the authorities, I learned that this person is the leader of the bingo troupe, also performing in the fair. For some reason, this person banged on the table and smashed the chair, yelling like that. It is completely wrong to loudly demand to hit the artist in the fair. If we do something wrong, the people working with us must be the authorities, who do not have the right to yell, demand that the sound be turned off and ask us to stop performing. I was really upset but I had to try to hold back, I was afraid if this person couldn't keep calm and hit me it would lead to an unnecessary fight."

The artist said he shared the incident in the hope that he would not encounter the same situation again. Kim Tu Long also hoped that the authorities and the fair organizers would take appropriate measures to handle this person. "Artists like us just want to serve the audience, bring the lyrics to people. But for something like this to happen, not only me but everyone is affected," he added.

Regarding the noise surrounding the above information, Ms. Chau Thi Le, Deputy Director of Long An Department of Industry and Trade (State management agency for the 2023 Consumer Stimulus Promotion Fair, held at Ho Chi Minh City Park). Regarding the above incident, representatives of the Department of Information and Communications and Long An Department of Information and Technology confirmed that the man who came to the booth of Hung Phong Bird's Nest Company was not a member of these two departments.

The representative of Long An Department of VH-TT-DL also affirmed that Hung Phong Bird's Nest Co., Ltd. invited professional artists like Mr. Kim Tu Long to perform to apply for a license in accordance with the law, but this enterprise did not do that.
