According to Ms. PTH, Ms. T. was the homeroom teacher of her son's class in the 2015-2016 school year (grade 3C).

On January 10, 2022, the Economic Committee of the Party Committee of H.Vinh Bao made a decision to expel Ms. T. from the Party for violating the regulations on prohibiting marriage, violating the monogamous marriage regime; Violations affect the reputation and honor of teachers, officials and public employees in the observance of the Party's guidelines and the State's laws.

According to Mr. Trong, the incident has been reported for a long time, but according to the regulations, female civil servants have to take care of children under 12 months of age before the disciplinary council considers disciplinary action.
