On March 3, Ms. PTH (in Tan Hung commune, Vinh Bao district, Hai Phong city) said that she had filed a 2nd lawsuit to send to the authorities to request strict handling of this teacher. for having an illicit relationship with her husband. According to Ms. PTH, Ms. T. was the homeroom teacher of her son's class in the 2015-2016 school year (grade 3C).

After that, she and her husband, Nguyen AV (then the president of the parent association of class 3C) fell in love and had an illicit relationship. By January 2021, Ms. T. had a child with her husband PTH

In September 2021, PTH's husband filed for divorce to the H.Vinh Bao People's Court. Knowing the incident, Ms. PTH made an application to the Principal of Tan Hung Primary School and functional departments. However, up to now, Ms. PTH has not received any official reply on the case.

Teacher T. has taught at Tan Hung Primary School since 2015, joined the Party since 2015. In the 2016-2017 school year, teacher T. has a romantic relationship with Mr. Nguyen AV, who has a wife and 2 children. . Ms. T. has divorced her husband.

In the report, Ms. T. admitted she was pregnant with Mr. V. According to Ms. T. wrote in the love report: "Due to believing in Mr. V's promise that he and his wife had agreed on economics and children, Ms. T. wrote in the love report. , divorce and no litigation ... Due to my honest nature, too trusting of people led me to violate the law on marriage and family". In the report, Ms. T. also committed to terminate the relationship with Mr. V.

At the working minutes on October 29, 2021 of the People's Committee of Tan Hung Commune, Ms. T. also admitted wrongdoing and violating the law. Ms. T. accepted to raise the child alone and ended the relationship with Mr. V.

Mr. V. was also aware that his relationship with Ms. T was wrong and said he would withdraw the divorce petition he had submitted earlier. On January 10, 2022, the Economic Committee of the Party Committee of H.Vinh Bao made a decision to expel Ms. T. from the Party for violating the regulations on prohibiting marriage, violating the monogamous marriage regime; Violations affect the reputation and honor of teachers, officials and public employees in the observance of the Party's guidelines and the State's laws.

According to Mr. Trong, the incident has been reported for a long time, but according to the regulations, female civil servants have to take care of children under 12 months of age before the disciplinary council considers disciplinary action. However, according to Ms. PTH's family, up to now, she has not received any official notification about the discipline of Ms. T.

Currently, teacher T. is still assigned as homeroom teacher of grade 1 at Tan Hung Primary School.

Mr. Tran Trang Trong, Principal of Tan Hung Primary School, said that on January 25, the school board had a meeting about disciplining teacher T. "Miss T.'s behavior is a serious violation.
