"He used his hand to touch my body from shoulder to butt. I asked if I was done drawing so I could go wash off the ink and get dressed, but he said wait a minute. Then he asked me to lie on the bed to sketch. Thao...When I was lying face down on the bed, Mr. Luc drew on my back," Ms. Kim Phuong recounted.

According to the victim's report, at that time Mr. Luc suddenly acted in her private area, startling her and waking her up. She suppressed her voice: this is enough and said she would get dressed and go home. However, Mr. Luc held her down and used force to destroy her innocence. She struggled and reacted fiercely but did not have the strength to resist...

After the above incident, Ms. Phuong said she was injured and had a fever for 1 day and night. Ms. Kim Phuong continued, one day after the incident, she took a photo of the wound and sent it via social networks to artist Luc to see, but he did not do anything or say anything satisfactory to her, so she continued. "Honestly, I am under a lot of influence and pressure over this. Currently I have lost all my shows, my main source of income from modeling is almost completely cut off. I am afraid of crowded places, afraid of strangers touching me. I felt like my heart was pounding to the point of suffocation, my health condition was unstable and I was haunted by the day I was touched by that artist," Kim Phuong added.

She also said that at that time, her mother and younger sister gave her money to make ends meet, so she hoped this would end quickly. "I keep wandering around and don't know how I can live. I can't go to work, I stay at home and starve forever."
