After taking control of these 3 Youtube channels, hackers changed the cover photo and profile picture on the channel to promote a cryptocurrency for the purpose of fraud. After about a day of being attacked by hackers, Youtuber Quang Linh Vlogs (real name Pham Quang Linh) got back his Youtube channel and another channel in the same system, The Nhan Vlogs.

However, the Youtube channel Dong Paulo Vlogs encountered many difficulties in the recovery process and at times it seemed that the channel had been completely deleted. However, this Youtube channel has now been restored.

Quang Linh Vlogs posted a video on his Youtube channel with more than 4 million followers to share about the incident that just happened. In his video, this Youtuber said he was devastated when he discovered that all Youtube channels on the system were simultaneously attacked and taken over by hackers. Initially, Quang Linh Vlogs thought that he had lost all the Youtube channels he had worked hard to build and had to start over.

However, thanks to the support team of Youtube, Quang Linh Vlogs was able to get his Youtube channels back. However, some videos with high views on his channel were deleted by hackers, forcing Quang Linh Vlogs to re-upload these contents.

Quang Linh Vlogs believes that hackers had infiltrated his computer a long time ago, right after installing "pirated" software, but they only started taking control of Youtube channels when needed.

After the incident with Quang Linh Vlogs, this issue was also raised at the recent National Assembly session. Specifically, on November 26, the National Assembly discussed in the hall about: Work reports of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy; crime prevention and control work.

In addition, in just one year, the number of cases of organized gambling on the Internet discovered and destroyed was 1,100, more than double that of 2023; the number of criminals was 529, an increase of nearly 24% compared to 2023; the number of newly prosecuted defendants was 658, an increase of over 57% compared to 2023.

It can be said that with the development of science and technology in general and information technology and telecommunications networks in particular, it has become an environment for new crimes.

He also suggested that the authorities effectively exploit the utility of social networking sites to post and update warning information about crimes, criminal acts and methods in accordance with new developments, especially in rural and mountainous areas.
