During the investigation process, the Hanoi City Police also summoned 26 subjects, including the leading subjects who regularly operate on these floors, Vu Dinh Hung (residing in Ward 5, Go Vap District, City). Ho Chi Minh City), Pham Manh Hung (residing in Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) and Pham Thi Thai (Residing in Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi).

According to the police, the Rforex.com floor uses the cover of a legal entity Rforex Ltd in the UK with a total transaction amount of up to hundreds of billions of dong, of which some people have spent more than 10 billion dong to participate in forex trading. .

The subjects have interfered with the transaction processing system, controlling the players' accounts, with the aim of appropriating their assets. Admins can intervene to let players win or lose at will.

According to the Hanoi police, there are about 240 illegal gold and foreign exchange trading floors in Vietnam, attracting tens of thousands of participants, with the transaction amount at the exchanges up to trillions of dong per month. .

In addition to illegal foreign exchange business, these exchanges are mainly created and advertised by the subjects, using multi-level methods to attract many participants for the purpose of fraudulently appropriating funds. property or organization of gambling or gambling.

The broker's confidential advice plus trusting friends have also been investing, so the victim transferred money to a number of personal accounts that are believed to be representatives of Coolcat in Vietnam.
