However, this suggestion of Mr. Nawat also received controversy, when he said that the chairman was deliberately taking advantage of Vietnamese fans to attract followers.

Most recently, the president of Miss Grand International also had a post re-emphasizing the criteria of the contest including 4B. Accordingly, the 4B here is Beauty - Body - Brain and Business. The post shared by him on his personal story, many people said that he was deliberately kicking the Miss Grand Vietnam organization and the new Miss Que Anh, when almost 4 criteria on Que Anh were not really clear.

Regarding the controversies about Miss Que Anh buying the prize, the queen shared: "My parents are state officials, their income is only at the basic level, not high. I see that no matter how much family status there is, it is not equal to the teaching of my parents. It is the way of life and the way of behaving of my parents that is what builds me who I am today." The new Miss also affirmed that her investment budget for the Miss Universe contest was not too much.

According to Que Anh, she has gone through many beauty contests and has failed. The crown of Miss Peace Vietnam 2024 is a reward for her after a long journey.

"The motivation that made me go to the Miss Universe contest was to pursue my dream. Since I was a child, I have loved singing. When participating in Miss Grand Vietnam, there was a Grand Voice contest that helped me satisfy my passion. I hope it is a stepping stone for me to go further," she said.

"During more than a month of Miss Grand Vietnam, I received the support and encouragement of other contestants. We see each other as sisters in the house. I'm very happy about that. There are also many difficulties in the contest. Like tonight's finale, it rained very hard, and the stage was staged outdoors. Me and everyone else are very worried," she added.

Previously, Que Anh's behavior was also suspected of being arranged by the organizers. When the 1st runner-up Hanh Nguyen received a surprise question, he was not drawn like the other 4 contestants in the top 5.
