Director Hoang Nhat Nam - husband of the head of the Miss Grand Vietnam organizing committee Ms. Pham Kim Dung, recently had a post explaining the rumor that she was a family member of Miss Que Anh, implying that the contestant who did not win had a bad background, netizens shouted Hanh Nguyen's name.

A part of netizens also "dug" many close images of Que Anh with the president and wife of Miss Grand Vietnam, CEO Pham Kim Dung - Director Hoang Nhat Nam. In the Miss Da Nang Tourism 2022 contest, Ms. Pham Kim Dung is also the one who appeared to take on the role of wearing the 1st runner-up crown for the beauty born in 2001.

Before the rumor that Que Anh is the granddaughter of director Hoang Nhat Nam's family, on the evening of August 4, the male director had a long post on his personal page clarifying this information. He stated: "Firstly, Miss Que Anh is not my granddaughter. I, Hoang Nhat Nam and Vo Le Que Anh have no kinship. I have known Que Anh since 2020. At that time, I was a judge of Miss Hue Universities, a contest in which Que Anh participated. In the end, Que Anh received the 2nd runner-up prize. Then 2 years later, in 2022, I was invited to be a judge of the Miss Da Nang Tourism contest. Que Anh then finished in the 1st runner-up position. After participating in the contest twice as a judge, Que Anh kept in touch with the Golden Lotus company. We have invited her to participate in charity activities, cultural exchanges, and fashion shows in Da Nang."

Regarding the fact that Miss Que Anh has had many activities with the Golden Lotus company many years ago, director Hoang Nhat Nam explained that the company always creates conditions for contestants to participate in the show, both dedicating and showing their image to the audience. Director Hoang Nhat Nam said that Que Anh participated in the shows of the Golden Lotus organized as a celebrity, model, KOL, so Que Anh's relatives took photos, promoted products and many other beauties with other titles at the show.

The general director of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 added: "Regarding the photo that appeared online that the audience thought Que Anh was our family member, I would like to explain as follows. The male director also declared that Que Anh was crowned thanks to a clean resume, implying that other contestants had not good resumes, but could not be announced.
