Recently, in a talk show with MC Nguyen Khang, artist Minh Nhi opened up about the scandal in 2005. The theater manager said that at that time he was a lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Theater and Cinema. HCM. Minh Nhi admitted at the time that he was wrong and should be held accountable for his actions. Accordingly, due to violations of regulations of civil servants, artists were disciplined, forced out of their jobs, banned from performing for 6 months. At that time, Minh Nhi was encouraged and comforted by People's Representative Hong Van, and at the same time tried to find ways for his best friend to return to the stage. When the male artist was licensed to perform again, Hong Van invited him to Phu Nhuan theater, both acting and teaching the first batch of students such as Lac Hoang Long, Xuan Nghi...

Minh Nhi added that he and People's Representative Hong Van have been close friends for decades. However, the two also had friction at work. Sometimes Mingyun and Hong Yun can't find common ground. Minh Nhi confided, he used to be sorry and happy and left the Phu Nhuan theater stage, setting up his own stage.

It wasn't until he took over to run the new stage by himself that the artist understood his best friend's suffering. The two reconciled and always supported each other in work and life. Although the current theater is still difficult and not guaranteed in terms of revenue, Minh Nhi and Hong Van are still determined to invest in the stage. " If we keep being scared, the stage will be lost, so we just do it and deal with it," Minh Nhi shared.

Currently, at the age of 59, artist Minh Nhi (real name Truong Hung Minh) is still working artistic activities and passing on the profession to future generations.
