In this video clip, Tri Canh wears women's clothes, wears a wig calling herself "Kim Lan" to visit the hospital and gives "little money". Tri Cang's purpose is to attract extremists to comment on Ms. Loan's story.

The group of lawyers (LS) providing legal aid for Kim Loan enterprises presented and expressed their views: In all video clips released on the "internet" on February 25 and 26, 2025, "Tri Canh TV" aimed directly and continuously shouted the names "Kim Loan", "Kim Loan Enterprise" with unverified and descriptive information, completely untrue. The video clips have seriously infringed on the legitimate rights and interests of Ms. Loan and the business owned by Ms. Loan, infringing on the moral rights protected by law.

This act has satisfied the signs of the crime of "Abusing democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals" according to the provisions of Article 331 of the Penal Code in 2015, amended and supplemented in 2017.
