Patient T.T.H. said that around 10 a.m. on September 5, "Dr. Thuy" came to the patient's family's motel and advised filler injections for the patient. During the injection, Ms. H. felt pain and asked to stop the injection, but "Dr. Thuy" explained that "this symptom will decrease later".

When "doctor" Thuy left, patient H. felt more pain and swelling, so he contacted "doctor" Thuy and continued to be instructed to rest in place. Also on September 5, around 11:00 a.m., Ms. N.T.A went with a friend to another motel at the appointment of "doctor" Thuy to inject filler. When injected, Mrs. A. was given medicine 2 times but it was not clear what medicine. After that, Mrs. A. fell asleep until about 6 p.m. the same day. When he woke up, he found that his companion and "doctor" Thuy were no longer in the room.

Panicked, Ms. A. checked her personal belongings and everything was "wingless and flying" including her phone, wearable jewelry and 7 million cash. Worried and insecure about her health, Ms. A. contacted the receptionist of the motel, asked to be taken to a local hospital in an emergency and then transferred to Cho Ray hospital.

At the Emergency Department of Cho Ray Hospital, practical evaluation showed that the patient N.T.A. was awake and had his eyes open naturally but swollen eyelids on both sides. Patient T.T.H. was awake, with multiple eyelid hematomas, bruising, swelling of the cheeks and 2 eyes.

Both patients were diagnosed with complications after filler injections of unknown type and transferred to Cho Ray Hospital's Plastic Surgery Department for further observation and treatment. By the afternoon of September 7, although the vision of 2 patients was clear, the vital indicators were stable, but there was still a hematoma in the eyelid area and cheeks on both sides.
