Not only did the certificates of merit not come with cash, another employee also spoke up about the gold and cash rewards given at events being only symbolic for filming and creating content on social networks. After filming, all rewards were collected on the spot or when the employee reached the gate.

"Who asked just now to receive and return it? Bring it back for the police to arrest or something? How can you bring it back? No one has brought any of it back. Some people went out the gate, forgot or something, called back to return it. When they got to the gate, security guards came out to stop them and took it all back.
