According to the investigation, after being purchased by distributors such as Bequen and Hoang Chau Pharm from the manufacturer Vesco Pharmaceuticals, these products were immediately transferred to N-Collagen Import-Export Company - a company headquartered at Lot B Street, Phu Dinh River Resettlement Area, Ward 16, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City.
