After being reflected wearing a strange badge in the live show "The day I lit the stars" in Ho Chi Minh City, Dam Vinh Hung apologized to the audience for carelessly allowing an unnecessary incident to occur, affecting the crew.

Sharing about this incident, Dam Vinh Hung shared: "I do not blame the designer or shy away from responsibility, choose to remain silent. I just want to create a new style of performance costumes", Dam Vinh Hung shared.

Previously, Dam Vinh Hung had a controversy when he put a "strange" badge on his outfit to perform at the live show "The day I lit the stars". After receiving feedback, on May 7, a representative of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MOIT) said that the MOET was aware of the conflicting opinions of the audience regarding Dam Vinh Hung's performance costumes at the live show "The Day I Light the Star" took place in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Chief Inspector of the Ministry directed the HCMC Department of Culture and Sports to consider and handle the case. In the afternoon of 7/5, the HCMC Department of Culture and Sports invited singer Dam Vinh Hung to work and report to the Ministry of Culture and Sports.

Before working with the HCMC Department of Culture and Sports, Dam Vinh Hung said the badge was a normal, decorative accessory, to make the outfit more eye-catching, with no other subtext.

"I have the responsibility to present and speak up once to clarify everything so that the audience can grasp accurate information, avoid negative, sensitive information, distort the meaning of the live show The day you light the stars," Dam Vinh Hung said on May 6.The singer also said that he did not use noisy outfits in the show The day I lit the stars out in Hanoi on 18/5.

Dam Vinh Hung was born in 1971, originally from Quang Nam. In 1998, he won the fourth prize for HCMC TV Singing. In the early 2000s, he made headlines with two songs "Love Please Sleep Peacefully, Dawn Will Take You". He continued to release the albums Hung (2004), Evening Song for Lovers (2005), Nostalgic Love Song (2006), Liberation (2007). Trying many genres of music, Dam Vinh Hung said his passion for bolero, sticking with this genre for 19 years.

"I'm probably the best person in showbiz because I've participated in TV singing contests 8 times but failed. In 1998, I won the fourth prize of the Ho Chi Minh City Television Singing Contest. HCM. It was a turning point in my life that made me very proud and had many opportunities to do singing," Dam Vinh Hung said.

Through many ups and downs, continuous efforts, he now has a brilliant singing career, making his mark on the audience. Through his own journey, the singer also advised young people to try their hand at music until they realized which genre they fit best. Dam Vinh Hung also surprised when showing off her biological son at the 51st birthday event. He revealed that the reason for showing off his child was because he wanted to openly and freely show his children.

"For someone as loud and boastful as I am, it's hard to keep a secret for three years. For others, having a child is normal, but for me, it's something special and can go unnoticed.
