Thanh Dong University officially enrolls students in the Traditional Medicine major in 2025

Pioneering mark in training Traditional Medicine

Thanh Dong University is one of the earliest higher education institutions licensed by the Ministry of Education and Training to train in Traditional Medicine (code 7720115), according to Decision No. 290/QD-BGDDT dated February 1, 2019. After 6 years of implementing the formal Traditional Medicine Doctor training program, the school held a graduation ceremony for the first course, marking the maturity of a methodical, serious training model that keeps up with the development trend of the modern medical industry.

The school representative said: "The successful training of the first class of traditional medicine doctors is the result of long-term investment, from the teaching staff, the infrastructure system to the integrated curriculum between traditional medicine and modern knowledge. Following that success, from July 18, 2025, Thanh Dong University officially enrolls students in the Traditional Medicine bridging program for candidates who have graduated from Secondary or College in the fields of Medicine and Traditional Medicine.

Training time : 4.0 - 4.5 years, flexible in the form of credit accumulation

Admission method : Review of application, recognition of completed course

Degree : Regular university degree, nationally recognized

Successful candidates will study in a modern environment, with a team of highly qualified lecturers, combined with practice at medical facilities to ensure practical professional capacity after graduation.

Conditions and application documents

The admission target includes candidates who have graduated from intermediate or college level in the field of Medicine or Traditional Medicine. The application requires full personal documents, academic records, professional qualifications and evidence related to the work process (if any), along with an admission fee of 300,000 VND.

The tuition fee for the training program is 1,100,000 VND/credit , with the total training time allocated appropriately so that learners can both study and work.
