On the morning of July 24, a representative of the Traffic Police Department officially spoke out about the incident that has caused a stir on social networks in recent hours. According to information from Tuoi Tre Online, the driver who violated the law was identified as Vu Xuan Binh, born in 1997, residing in Ha Bac, Hai Phong. This person is rapper Binh Gold, famous for his "party" raps and controversies related to sensitive content.
Specifically, at around 6 p.m. on July 23, Binh Gold drove an Audi car with a Hanoi license plate on the Noi Bai â Lao Cai highway. The car then showed signs of swerving, weaving, and squeezing other vehicles traveling in the same direction, endangering other road users.
Another driver promptly recorded the scene of Binh Gold's Audi blatantly blocking the way, not allowing other cars to move in the lane with a maximum speed of up to 100km/h. The Traffic Police Department commented: "This behavior shows signs of disturbing public order on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway."
As soon as he received the information and evidence provided by the people, the Director of the Traffic Police Department urgently directed the traffic police force on the route to verify and search for the vehicle and the offending driver.
At nearly 10 p.m. the same day, the authorities successfully stopped the car and conducted a search of driver Vu Xuan Binh. The test results quickly revealed shocking information: he tested positive for banned substances. On the spot, the male rapper admitted to the authorities that he had smoked marijuana earlier.
Continuing the investigation, the Task Force requested Vu Xuan Binh to voluntarily hand over objects related to the violation. After that, witnesses were invited to inspect the rapper's person and vehicle. He voluntarily took out a transparent plastic bag from his shirt pocket, containing herbs suspected to be banned substances. The entire incident was then handed over by the Traffic Police to the Lao Cai provincial authorities for handling in accordance with their authority and legal regulations.
The representative of the Traffic Police Department also emphasized that the Director of the Traffic Police Department will direct strict handling of all acts of disregard for the law, swerving in traffic or other violations of the law when reported by the people.
This is an affirmation of the determination to maintain traffic order and safety and strictly handle violations. The Director of the Traffic Police Department also expressed his deep gratitude to the people for their attention and joining hands with the force to build a civilized and safe lifestyle on all roads.

However, the male rapper's career is also associated with a series of scandals and heavy criticism for violating moral standards and customs.
The climax was when this guy was named by Vietnam Television ( VTV ) as one of the artists whose products were vulgar, offensive, and had a bad influence on young people. The public pressure was so great that Binh Gold had to remove all MVs on his personal YouTube channel.
