After only one month of operation, this unit increased its charter capital from VND5 billion to VND15 billion, but did not disclose detailed information about the new capital contribution structure.

In addition, Pham Thi Nhat Le is also a founding shareholder of Tan Khanh Culinary Joint Stock Company - the owner and operator of the claypot rice restaurant to which Quang Linh Vlogs contributed 750 million VND (25% of capital).

Accordingly, Pham Thi Nhat Le contributed 720 million VND (equivalent to 24% of capital) to this company. After nearly 2 months of operation, the company also increased its capital to 20 billion VND. However, the structure of shareholders contributing capital was not disclosed. On March 17, after the controversy over Kera vegetable candy, Quang Linh Vlogs announced the transfer of its shares to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang.

It is known that Pham Thi Nhat Le, born in 1996, is Quang Linh Vlogs' older sister. Besides being a shareholder of several companies related to her brother, the female TikToker with more than 810,000 followers also often helps Quang Linh Vlogs manage some work in Vietnam.

In particular, Quang Linh Vlogs's sister also manages the business of snack items such as moon cakes, dried beef, dried pork, dried mango, red apple burger... under the Quang Linh Food brand on social media channels.

In addition, Nhat Le and Nguyen Tien (TikToker Tien Nguyen) - Quang Linh Vlogs' close friend - also regularly appear in Quang Linh and Hang Du Muc's livestreams to advertise and sell products. Notably, Quang Linh Vlogs's older sister has been criticized many times by the online community for her somewhat tactless jokes during livestreams.

Returning to the case, public opinion on social networks showed agreement with strict handling according to legal regulations, besides that, many people also expressed regret at the stumble of influential people on social networks (KOL), who had previously won sympathy and great support from the public.

Previously, on the afternoon of March 14, at a media meeting in Hanoi with the aim of apologizing, Hang Du Muc said: "When success comes too quickly, it can lead people in the wrong direction."
