In 2016, after finishing high school, Linh went to Angola, a country in central Africa, to work as a construction worker as an export laborer. In the early days of his arrival, Quang Linh had difficulty getting used to the cultural differences as well as the hard work.

Since 2019, Quang Linh and his friends have also started posting information about their lives with African people on the YouTube platform, along with the team's charity projects and unexpectedly received everyone's support.

The videos were recorded authentically, well received and shared by viewers. After that, Pham Quang Linh and some friends from Vietnam opened more Youtube channels, carried out charity activities, supported Angolan people such as opening schools, encouraging children to go to school, and especially taught Angolan people how to grow wet rice.

The Angolan Minister of Agriculture personally visited and encouraged the African team when he saw their rice growing achievements. He also bought 5 kg of rice for the team to try.

Linh's YouTube channel, which features videos about life in Africa, currently has 4 million subscribers. He said that income from the channel and community-supported business activities will be used to serve the communities in both Angola and Vietnam.
