"Xuan Son's injury was quite severe, breaking 2 very large pieces, one 7cm piece and one 3cm piece. With the goal of helping players recover early, especially in the ability to heal bones, we perform a closed intramedullary nailing technique to ensure that the anatomy is preserved, does not displace the fracture fragments and does not have to open the fracture drive. The surgical process is carefully monitored by a C-arm machine (intraoperative X-ray machine) to ensure the requirements in terms of anatomy, adjustment and fixation. The operation was a great success," said GS.TS.BS. Tran Trung Dung.

After the operation, Xuan Son was awake, painless, and could move his toes slightly, but still needed comprehensive monitoring and coordinated soft damage. Xuan Son will enter the process of physical therapy and rehabilitation, combined with individualized nutrition, suitable for each stage of recovery.
