Ms. Nhan Vlog recently attracted attention when she suddenly announced that she was selling her house because of financial difficulties. She said that she was in the most stressful period ever and was ready to sell her losses to manage. In the post, Ms. Nhan constantly emphasized: "I have never needed money like now".
According to the narration, the house she is selling is a place where many customers used to pay quite high prices at a time when she was not in difficulty. However, at that time, because she was not in a hurry financially, she kept it. Now the situation has changed, she is forced to sharply reduce the price to quickly recover her capital. Although she has omitted a lot of information, it can be seen that Ms. Nhan wants to emphasize that the location of the house is quite convenient and was previously rented, the former landlord "did business", considered as a factor that creates confidence for buyers.
Besides selling the house, what caught the attention of the online community was Mrs. Nhan's sharing that she had paid off a debt of 400 million VND to a friend. She posted a long post expressing her opinion on the word "prestige", considering this the most important thing when borrowing money.
In the post, she wrote: "People are shy, but not me! Who asks me if I owe money? Yes, I have. Debts of 1 billion - 2 billion are normal." She affirmed that from a very young age, she was able to borrow a large amount of money thanks to the trust of her friends, and to keep that, she always put credibility first: "How can you borrow so much? It is thanks to the word Prestige, the word prestige is very important."
Ms. Nhan emphasized that when borrowing money, keeping promises is a way to be kind to those who have helped her: "You can forget everything. But keeping your promise to pay, you should not forget. That's how you live your conscience with the person who helped you." According to her, people lend money not because their money is "leaves", but because they believe in the borrower.
She thinks that no matter how many good things she does, as long as she borrows money and does not pay it on time, all prestige will collapse. To prove her point, she gave an example: someone promised to pay in a month but only paid a small amount when it was due. For her, it means that the borrower is "living the wrong life", because the lender always wants to receive the full amount of money back as when given, not in small parts.
She wrote: "Many times I borrow from people until the date of repayment, I don't have it, even if I take a hot loan... I still borrow it. Or sell land or belts. Sell everything. I still have to pay on time. Because I know that only by being on time, people will help me next time." Although her story is controversial, many people still think that this is how Ms. Nhan sees financial responsibility and how she wants to maintain her reputation.
She also frankly talked about her attitude when collecting debts: "People borrowed me, the amount of money is almost a billion. But when I asked, I chose the gentlest way. Even if I cried in front of them, I cried. I just asked them to give me a few dong so that I could afford my life. Don't dare to curse, don't dare to be harsh with anyone."
At the end of the article, Mrs. Nhan sent a warning to those who borrowed money but deliberately delayed and did not keep their promises. She reminded that she could make everything public if necessary: "Don't let Nhan make a post on all platforms that you are trying to swallow my sweat and tears! Then there is nothing left to say."
