TikToker Hoang Trung Hieu – also known to the online community as "Pop" – has just made followers emotional when he posted a long article sharing about his recovery journey from a horrific accident in Germany in July. In the article, Hieu said that his health has improved after a complicated brain surgery, but he has not been able to return to Vietnam as desired.
