However, IVF is not omnipotent. In some age groups, the success rate of each embryo transfer can be up to 70% - a very optimistic number. But there are factors that can impact and determine the "success - failure" of IVF.

The biggest factor is age. The younger the mother's age, the better the ovaries and uterus, the higher the likelihood of having good quality embryos and the higher the chance of success. The age for the highest success rate is from 20-35. After this age, the sudden decrease in egg quality and quantity makes the story more difficult.

The second important factor is the capacity of the IVF center itself. This capacity lies in both disease care and patient care. Accurately detecting the patient's problem, coming up with a suitable regimen, creating good embryos... are necessary conditions for a successful cycle, but they are not enough.

In terms of patient care, explaining the illness, giving instructions on diet and lifestyle, solving difficulties encountered during IVF, sharing and encouraging the patient's concerns... are conditions. enough to ensure patient compliance with treatment, helping to reduce the heavy psychological burden of an IVF cycle. Some recent studies show that improving patients' psychological status significantly improves the likelihood of success of an IVF cycle."
