According to the petition, Ms. Giau asked the District 1 People's Court to force Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang to immediately stop the act of insulting honor and prestige; Remove the content related to Ms. Giau on social networks. At the same time, the plaintiff asked Ms. Hang to publicly apologize, correct information and compensate 1,000 billion VND (physical and mental loss costs).

According to the petition, Ms. Giau presented that in 2017 she had an acquaintance with Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang when she visited Phuoc Son pagoda, a Zen monastery in H.Long Thanh, Dong Nai province. Although, the two have no business relationship, not friends, but recently, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang often texted her with insulting and threatening words. Ms. Giau repeatedly reminded and suggested that Ms. Hang stop these actions immediately, but Ms. Hang deliberately did not listen, so Mrs. Giau made a mistake about the messages.

According to the lawsuit, Mrs. Giau said that she was surprised to learn that, on May 14, during the livestream , Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang directly talked with the topic: "Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Hang announced a shocking announcement about Le. According to Ms. Giau, this livestream, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang insulted her honor and reputation by fabricating and slandering her: "forced monk Buu Chanh - abbot of Phuoc Son pagoda to return money and car to Ms. Hang. "In particular, what I am concerned about is that Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang has offended the reputation of the brand name of Bodhi leaf noodles, Nhi paradise oil, is a fake brand, fake certification. And these brands owned by me are operating. , normal production", the lawsuit filed by Ms. Giau stated.

In addition, Ms. Giau's petition also claims that she was a victim of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang, when she was slandered and fabricated untrue; offended her honor, reputation, dignity and especially the brand of her products.
