"I went to three knots to have a drink with my brothers during Tet, forgetting two tickets," Mr. M. said. In the afternoon, one of the people who was given a ticket to check the results and found out that he had won a special prize, so he ran to find Mr. M.

"At that time, you just went to catch the three knots. Hearing the news of winning the jackpot, he exclaimed, 'It's dead, the ticket in my pants pocket is wet...'. When you took out the wet ticket, it was torn," a nephew who called Mr. M. his uncle recalled.
