According to Mr. Le Van Thach, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien was taken to Hong Ngoc Hospital in the late afternoon, with very severe stroke symptoms. Immediately, cardiologists of Hong Ngoc General Hospital provided emergency care and organized on-site direct consultations, online consultations with many leading cardiologists.

Dr. Nguyen Van Huu, Director of Hospital E, a leading cardiologist invited to consult Mr. Hoang Nam Tien, is also ready to come to Hong Ngoc General Hospital to provide emergency support. However, before the expert arrived, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien did not survive.

ASS. TS. Le Van Thach said that Mr. Hoang Nam Tien has a history of cardiovascular disease. Previously, Mr. Tien was examined and treated many times at Hong Ngoc General Hospital. He was warned by doctors about the disease he was suffering from, giving recommendations to prevent stroke such as not working stressfully, having proper nutrition, exercising, avoiding overweight, etc live an optimistic life, do not smoke, alcohol, stabilize blood pressure, control cholesterol.

Before the passing of Mr. Hoang Nam Tien, Assoc. Prof. TS. Le Van Thach expressed: " The hospital would like to express our condolences to the family of Mr. Hoang Nam Tien for this sudden and too big loss." It is known that after Mr. Hoang Nam Tien died, his family took him back to the 108th Military Central Hospital to prepare for the aftermath.
