After that, there was another subject claiming to be L., the PE teacher at Phan Boi Chau High School continued to call and talk to Ms. L. to guide her to transfer money. As a teacher at the school, when Ms. L. asked again: "Does the school have a teacher named L.?" The subject swore and hung up the phone.
Information from Gia Lai newspaper, a similar incident also happened on March 8. Specifically, parents of NTTN children (grade 11 students of Phan Boi Chau High School) also received a phone call claiming to be the school's teacher that N. had fallen down the stairs and was being treated at the 15th Army Hospital. However, with a spirit of vigilance, N.'s parents did not talk much with the subject and promptly reported the incident to the homeroom teacher and the school's management board.

Therefore, the Ho Chi Minh City Police have coordinated with press agencies, radio and television stations to propagate about fraudulent tricks.
