Phuong thinks that because they came here to sit and talk, there were also people coming and going... Currently, Phuong sees that the place where Tien lies has been disturbed. It's like they will think that Tien is unfilial, that he doesn't leave his property to his mother but to his wife, so they come here to cause trouble."

Binh Phuong shared that she saw the incense used to burn at her husband's grave thrown to the ground and broken into pieces. This made Binh Phuong very upset.

Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court also summoned beauty queen Binh Phuong and her mother-in-law - Ms. Ngoc Anh - to the mediation session of the inheritance dispute case of the late artist Duc Tien on March 27.

Pursuant to Articles 205, 206, 207, 208 and 209 of the Civil Procedure Code and related documents and evidence, the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City organized a conciliation session to resolve the lawsuit request of the plaintiff, Miss Binh Phuong, and at the same time consider the counterclaim of the defendant, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh and related disputes.

In addition, the conciliation session also creates an opportunity for both parties to discuss and find common ground before the case goes to trial.

Binh Phuong, 40 years old, currently living in the US, authorized a legal representative to attend the mediation session. Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh, 73 years old, due to health reasons, was not present in person but sent a lawyer instead.

According to the notice, if the litigant or legal representative is absent according to the summons, the court will continue to resolve the case according to the law.

Binh Phuong's side said that they respect Duc Tien's will and avoid making statements in the press that could affect the deceased's image. Meanwhile, Ms. Ngoc Anh is actively working with lawyers to protect her legal rights. Recently, she has prepared more documents and evidence to present to the court.

Duc Tien, born in 1980, was a famous model and actor in Vietnam before settling in the US. In the US, he worked as an MC, acted in commercials and organized events. He passed away suddenly in May 2024 while attending a party with friends, leaving behind his wife and 4-year-old daughter.

Binh Phuong was born in 1986 and won the title of Miss Ao Dai Dallas in the US in 2009. After winning the crown, she did not join showbiz but pursued a career in law.
