She wrote: "Maybe you were busy at that time so you didn't know. My husband and I have been planning to sell the house for a long time. Everyone knows this, we didn't wait until Mr. Tien passed away to put the house up for sale, sister! I posted this clip so you can hear what your brother has to say!".

In the video, Duc Tien said that he is currently in the US, and his biological mother also lives elsewhere, so the house is still empty. The actor has renovated the house to almost new condition, so guests can easily move in right away.
