Actor Truong Ngoc Anh once held the position of director of Inter-National Entertainment and Arts Company Limited and signed a production service contract for the movie project "Indispensable without each other".

According to the content of the case, Universe Media Vietnam and Inter-National Arts and Entertainment Company Limited, whose director was actress Truong Ngoc Anh, signed a film production service contract for the movie project " Indispensable without each other", with a total value of 22 billion VND in December 2020.

Universe Media Vietnam advanced 6.6 billion VND to Inter-national Arts and Entertainment Company Limited. For their own reasons, the two parties agreed to liquidate the contract, not to proceed with the film and not incur any additional penalties related to this liquidation.

The Inter-National Arts Entertainment Company Limited agreed to refund the entire advance amount to Universe Media Vietnam. Due to not receiving good will, Universe Media Vietnam was forced to sue Inter-National Entertainment and Arts Co., Ltd. to the People's Court of Thu Duc City.
