"I've been strong since childhood. After the emotional breakdown and being a single mother, I got stronger again. Many people say that strong women suffer too much, but I don't see that. If I were to be chosen again, I would still choose to be the current version of me," the singer shared.

Trieu Hong Ngoc said that the biggest difficulty when being a single mother is the first time after separation. At that time, Tuan Huy (the singer's son) was too young for her to leave him at home alone. At that time, the singer gave up all her work to take care of her children, so finances also became struggling.

"At that time I was like a helpless person in the middle of the road, unemployed and raising children alone. Later, a friend introduced me to singing in some nightclubs in Singapore. I decided to send my children to my grandmother to go earn money to support them. Gradually, my income also stabilized," Zhao Hong Ngoc said.

The singer shared that in the first 15 years after the divorce, she and her ex-husband had a rather strained relationship, unable to talk to each other.

"So I raised him alone, and I didn't get any support from his father. But from 2 years ago, her dad made up for things he wasn't responsible for before. We are now like friends, taking care of our son together," the beauty said.

At the age of 40, Trieu Hong Ngoc enjoys a comfortable and peaceful single life. In her free time, the singer is not afraid to go out for coffee, go to the movies, go out to eat alone. She believes that the most important thing for women is to love themselves, bring joy to themselves, and be financially independent.

Zhao Hongyu revealed that she likes the delicate and elegant boyfriend. She thinks that the ideal "half" also needs to be in good financial condition, but that is not the top criterion because for her, emotions are still the most important.

"This year, my son is 17. I went to Germany to study abroad last year. My son and I are like 2 friends. Anything I can confide in him. As for my romance, she said that as long as she is happy, she will always support her," the singer said.

"I stayed at the company for about 2 months, at that time, I just came in, so there was no show, I wanted to sing too much, so whenever H.A.T or Mr. Ung Hoang Phuc went to perform, I asked to come along to watch.

Every day I go up and down to watch people practice singing and dancing. Sometimes, singer Thu Thuy and I would escape into the studio to talk for hours. Although it has been a long time, now recalling old memories still feels like recently", Trieu Hong Ngoc confided.

When asked about rumors of friction and competition with Hong Ngoc seniors that rose 20 years ago, the singer "Hope one day I remember you" said that this is false information.

The singer said: "Actually, at that time I was also very surprised by this rumor and corrected it many times, that it was just a story that "fell from the sky", completely untrue. After that incident, I ran into Hong Ngoc in a few shows, the two sisters were still happy without any problems."

Recently, Trieu Hong Ngoc received attention when he released a number of music videos of Vietnamese lyrics, marking his comeback after more than 10 years of absence in the Vietnamese music market. The singer said the decision had some difficulties, but she was happy to meet a domestic audience.
