In the midst of the tension with Linh Ty and Bich Tram, Hong Loan was counterattacked by Phuong Le and Hong Phuong at the same time. The double preemptive attack left Vu Linh's daughter unable to react, pushing the conflict to a climax.
Phuong Le's side sent a document requesting an apology for the "porcelain teeth" incident.
Originating from Ms. Hong Loan posting information on social networks, accusing UMI DENTIST dental clinic of using false personal images and having offensive behavior, the business has officially taken countermeasures.
In the notice signed by Mr. Pham Quoc Duy - Administrative Director of UMI DENTIST - the company affirmed that it has never publicly disclosed any specific identifying information that could confirm that Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan is a customer of the clinic. "We have never disclosed the full name, address or any personal data related to Ms. Loan," the notice stated.
The company said that all internal images are stored and used for professional purposes only, and are not intended to defame or insult any individual. The process of securing records is also strictly followed according to the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment.
UMI DENTIST believes that it was Hong Loan who made public her name and personal information, thereby creating the premise for public opinion to search, identify and speculate. "All accusations from her side have no legal basis," the company representative emphasized.
In addition, the business cited Article 21 of the 2013 Constitution and the 2015 Civil Code to assert that privacy rights are only violated when an individual is clearly identified. From a legal perspective, Ms. Loanâs statements, which were not supported by solid evidence but were self-serving, have damaged the businessâs reputation.
Not stopping there, UMI DENTIST announced that it "reserves the right to sue" if Ms. Hong Loan does not take corrective action. The document clearly states: "Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan must immediately stop spreading unverified information, images, and statements. Within 3 working days, if there is no action to remove, correct, and publicly apologize, we will take legal action to protect our legitimate rights."
Notably, the company also cited Articles 155 and 156 of the 2015 Penal Code, amended in 2017 â related to acts of slander and humiliation of others â to affirm that it will not rule out the possibility of proposing criminal prosecution if necessary.
However, the document also acknowledges the goodwill of UMI DENTIST. The company representative is willing to cooperate in resolving any internal errors, but does not accept speculative or offensive statements aimed at the brand.
Hong Phuong strongly reacts to the right to manage graves
Besides the tension with the business, Ms. Hong Loan continued to be strongly opposed by her aunt and cousin about her actions related to her husband's grave.
Specifically, Ms. Hong Phuong - the niece of artist Vu Linh - indignantly said that the family discovered a request from Ms. Hong Loan sent to Hoa Vien Binh Duong and the appellate court, requesting to change the management rights of the grave. "Do not use the name of 'legitimate child' to do bad things to our blood relatives," Ms. Hong Phuong stated.
Immediately afterwards, Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung - the younger sister of artist Vu Linh - also issued a written rebuttal, affirming that Ms. Loan did not make any financial contributions to the funeral, did not sign the burial contract, and did not participate in the funeral, but requested to re-sign the grave management contract.
Ms. Nhung also accused Ms. Loan of being indifferent when the family reported the artist's critical health. After the funeral, Ms. Loan was accused of falsely declaring her biological child status and of attempting to appropriate property. The family even said that Ms. Loan had brought YouTubers to the cemetery many times to livestream, film, organize birthday parties, make divisive statements, and destroy the solemnity of the resting place.
The late artistâs family also reported being secretly filmed and obstructed when visiting. Some rituals were even insulted when offerings were thrown away. According to relatives, these actions violated the right to worship and seriously violated moral standards.
Faced with this situation, the family sent a petition to Binh Duong Flower Garden and the authorities requesting that all requests from Ms. Hong Loan be rejected. At the same time, they proposed to increase security at the cemetery to ensure the sacredness of the spiritual space, avoiding similar incidents from happening again.
