Earlier in mid-2023, Nemo's husband also made headlines when he posted an image of a strange girl on his profile. Nemo then defended her husband saying that without posting pictures of his wife, the family would be happy, and the girl in the picture was just an employee in her husband's café. Trang Nemo is currently serving a prison sentence at a District Police detention house in Ho Chi Minh City. HCM. Specific locations aren't shared. The deadline begins March 8, 2024. The conviction for Disrupting Public Order for Nemo Page is 9 months in prison. If calculated by this time, Page Nemo's release from prison will be December 8, 2024.

On February 27, the People's Court (TAND) of District 10 (HCMC) HCM) ordered Page Nemo to serve a 9-month prison sentence for Disrupting Public Order.

Earlier, Page Nemo had applied for a postponement of her prison sentence on the grounds that she was pregnant with her 2nd child. District 10 then had to pause execution decision-making for verification.

After conducting verification, the 10th District TAND issued a notice that the defendant's application for adjournment was not accepted and ordered to execute the sentence.

Earlier in the appeal hearing of the Public Order Disturbance case which took place on the morning of September 8, 2023, TAND TP. HCM dismissed Page Nemo's appeal for suspended imprisonment, upholding the defendant's 9-month prison sentence. Trang Nemo's accomplices received sentences: Pham Quyen Quy and Nguyen Ngoc Khuong 9 months in prison, Phan Hoang Nam 12 months in prison.

Trang Nemo's case stems from a conflict in online sales with Ms. Tran Nguyen Tra My. The two made an appointment at Trang Nemo's store in District 1. Around 14:45 on January 16, 2022, Tra My and Ms. Pham Le Khanh and Tran Hoang Yen went to Trang Nemo's store to talk. There, My and Yen enter the store to meet Trang to apologize, while Khanh stands outside.

At about 3pm on the same day, when My was apologizing, Khanh entered the store and asked the 2 girls to leave when there was an argument with Page Nemo. During the argument, there was a scuffle between the two sides, with many people at the store participating in the fight.

The incident was livestreamed on social media, causing a stir, and causing insecurity and order at the road in front of Trang Nemo's store in District 1, the authorities had to come to disperse the crowd. Pham Le Khanh then sued Trang Nemo and her co-defendants in court for causing her injuries.

At the preliminary hearing, Pham Le Khanh recommended that Trang Nemo and her co-conspirators be charged with intentionally causing injury. However, at the appeal hearing, the jury said that the charge tried by the defendants was disrupting public order, Pham Le Khanh's request was outside the scope of the case.
