On September 8, Ms. Do Thi Tuyet, Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Yen My commune, Yen Mo district, Ninh Binh province, said that Lieutenant Khiem was born and raised in village 8, Yen My commune, in a family of 4 brothers and sisters. Mr. Khiem's father works as a helper, his mother stays at home to work in the fields to raise his children to study.

"Lieutenant Khiem's family is in a difficult situation, but his parents have made efforts to raise their children to study well. In which, Khiem and his brother are working in the army, and 2 children are of school age," Ms. Tuyet shared.
