Pham Hoang Thu Uyen (SN 1997, Hai Phong City) is a familiar contestant at many beauty contests. She owns a three-ring measurement of 84-63-94cm, height 1.7m. She is the 2nd runner-up of Miss Vietnam Global Tourism 2024.

Before having the title for herself, the beauty had experience competing in many other large and small contests, in which the top 16 achievements at Miss Universe Vietnam 2022, Miss FPT University (top 5), Miss Vietnam Student (top 15), Miss Vietnam Women through photos 2017 (top 20)... Thu Uyen graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FPT University, and has many years of experience working in the field of technology and communication.
