Accordingly, on August 9, the People's Court of Phu Nhuan district (Ho Chi Minh City) issued a notice of acceptance of the counterclaim in the lawsuit over the inheritance of Mr. Vo Van Doc (the late artist Vu Linh). The counterclaim was filed by Vo Thi Hong Loan, daughter of the late artist.

In the notice, the court noted that Ms. Hong Loan went to the Phu Nhuan District Civil Judgment Enforcement Department on August 2 to pay advance court fees and refund receipts to the court. This marks an important first step in the process of handling this case.

The content of Hong Loan's counterclaim requires Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung (sister of the late artist Vu Linh), and Ms. Le Thi Hong Phuong (nephew of the late artist) to remove all their property from the house No. 5 Doan Thi Diem, Ward 1, Phu Nhuan district. The case involved the transfer of property names to Hong Loan, including housing and land use rights at the above address, land use rights at two land parcels in Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City and a car.

In the face of the drastic move from Hong Loan as well as the People's Court of Phu Nhuan District that has accepted the counterclaim of the late artist's daughter, many netizens, especially Hong Wan's faction, are very interested in the reaction of Hong Phuong's family, what Ms. Sau will be and where she will go. However, more than 1 day has passed since the People's Court of Phu Nhuan District announced, neither of them has yet to speak about this information.

Previously, on June 5, 2023, the Phu Nhuan District Court received and accepted the inheritance dispute of the late Vu Linh. According to the petition of the plaintiff, Ms. Hong Nhung, asking the court to cancel the written declaration of inheritance that Ms. Hong Loan made on April 7, 2023 at the Notary Public Office Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen (Binh Thanh district).

Ms. Nhung proposed to cancel the update with the above name in the land use right certificates. In addition, Ms. Nhung also requested to divide the inheritance for two land parcels in Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City for her and Mr. Vo Thanh Nhieu.

Earlier, after the funeral of the late NS Vu Linh, Hong Loan and the family of the late NS Hong Phuong and Hong Nhung had many conflicts. While Hong Wan accused Hong Feng of arbitrarily raising money under the name of Wu Linh, Hong Feng also accused Hong Loan of "running out of ships", forcing Hong Feng to leave the house and only give a few days to clean up.

On the issue of litigation with Hong Loan, Hong Phuong shared that she once advised her mother to withdraw the lawsuit because she thought that she would not be able to win Hong Loan if she went to court. "I told my mom I wouldn't win the case. I think the reason she made that decision was because she was frustrated and angry. Because in the family it cannot be solved, I askthe law to solve it. I told my mom but she decided that way, and I agreed," she said.

Up to now, the process of settling inheritance disputes is still in the processing and investigation stage.
