In the notice, the court noted that Ms. Hong Loan went to the Phu Nhuan District Civil Judgment Enforcement Department on August 2 to pay advance court fees and refund receipts to the court. This marks an important first step in the process of handling this case.

The content of Hong Loan's counterclaim requires Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung (sister of the late artist Vu Linh), and Ms. Le Thi Hong Phuong (nephew of the late artist) to remove all their property from the house No. 5 Doan Thi Diem, Ward 1, Phu Nhuan district. The case involved the transfer of property names to Hong Loan, including housing and land use rights at the above address, land use rights at two land parcels in Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City and a car.
