Nearly 10:00 a.m. on the same day, a tractor without a license plate drove on Pham Ngoc Thach, heading from Binh Duong Provincial General Hospital to Highway 13, in Hiep Thanh Ward, Thu Dau Mot City. When arriving at Highway 13, the driver turned right to go towards Ben Cat Town.
While cornering, he collided with a motorbike with license plate number 68F1-029.01 driven by Ms. Kim Thi H (37 years old, residing in Thu Dau Mot City) traveling in the same direction. The collision caused the motorbike to fly onto the sidewalk, while Ms. H fell onto the road and was run over by a tractor and could not survive on the spot.
Upon receiving the news, the police were present to blockade the scene and regulate traffic. At nearly 12 o'clock, the scene was examined and the victim was transferred to the morgue.
Previously, in Ho Chi Minh City, a traffic accident occurred causing serious traffic congestion. Specifically, according to sources from VTV News, around 4:30 p.m. on November 23, the male driver drove a 5-ton truck with license plate number 51C-873.38 on Vo Van Kiet Avenue, towards the Saigon River Tunnel to Binh Chanh District.
When approaching the Ong Lanh bridge area (District 1), this vehicle collided with a 7-seater car traveling in the same direction, then lost control and jumped onto the median strip, hitting a signpost and signal light.
Citing news from Tien Phong newspaper, the accident caused the truck cabin to be deformed, and the male driver was trapped inside. Discovering the incident, people around smashed the windows to get the driver out but failed.
Upon receiving the news, the traffic police force was present to separate the traffic and the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of District 1 Police was present and used specialized equipment to break down the door and take the driver out. At this time, medical staff also arrived, performed first aid on the wound and then transferred the victim to the hospital for care.
The incident caused traffic congestion through the Ong Lanh Bridge area for more than 1km during rush hour. District 1 authorities and Ben Thanh Traffic Police Team are investigating the cause of the accident.

The collision caused the motorbike to get stuck under the tractor, and two people on the motorbike fell under it. The accident left Mrs. H. unable to survive on the spot. The daughter was lucky to escape.
Authorities then conducted an examination of the scene to investigate the cause. It is known that Mrs. H. worked as a worker for a company near the scene. At the time of the accident, mother and daughter were driving each other to work in the rain.
