Before becoming a hot TikToker, Phan Thuy Tien was once known as a famous hot girl in the Vietnamese football industry. Recently, she is believed to be involved in the case of 10,000 bottles of perfume suspected of being smuggled.

In recent years, many cases of business violations on e-commerce platforms have been inspected and handled by the Market Surveillance Force. In particular, many cases of violations include famous hot girls, KOLs and TikTokers.

Until October 3, more than 10,000 bottles of perfume of unknown origin sold publicly on the TikTok account "Phan Thuy Tien" were seized by market management forces in Hanoi. This information quickly attracted the attention of the public, accompanied by curiosity about the identity of the owner of this shipment sales channel.

Accordingly, Phan Thuy Tien's real name is Phan Thi Thuy Tien, born in 1997 in Hanoi. She is currently known as a TikToker, actress, and Youtuber famous for her huge following on social networks.

Before becoming a hot TikToker, Phan Thuy Tien was a familiar face on online platforms as well as the Vietnamese football fan community. She began to attract attention when she appeared in a video interview with SBS, after the end of the match between the Olympics between Vietnam and South Korea held in Indonesia in 2018.

With her beautiful appearance and good ability to answer interviews, Phan Thuy Tien's image was quickly widely shared by people on platforms, attracting a large number of interactions. In addition to the title of hot girl, she also made an impression when participating in beauty contests and achieving admirable achievements.

Possessing a beautiful face and a well-adjusted physique, Phan Thuy Tien excellently entered the Top 10 Models of Vietnam Jewelry Queen 2017 and won the title of Miss Lovely at Miss International Queen Pageant. One thing that few people know is that Phan Thuy Tien got married in 2019 to Le Dien Hanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zenpali. The couple has an extremely adorable son and is often seen taking happy photos together.

Being admired by people for having a rich and fulfilling life, an unexpected event struck Phan Thuy Tien, when the case of 10,000 bottles of perfume suspected of being smuggled broke out. It is known that the warehouse on the 1st floor, CT3, Eco Green Building, No. 286 Nguyen Xien Street, Tan Trieu Commune, Thanh Tri, Hanoi is owned by Zenpali Group Joint Stock Company, with Mr. C.V.T. as General Director.

Prior to that, Phan Thuy Tien held the position of Director of Zenpali T Brand Representative at Zenpali-T Trading & Service Co., Ltd. and General Director at Vihealth Global Co., Ltd.

Perfume bottles were temporarily seized with brands such as True Love, First Love, Mon Paris, Maiden, Karri... unknown origins with signs of smuggling are sold mainly in the form of livestreams on e-commerce platforms such as TikTok and Facebook under a number of accounts, typically the account "Phan Thuy Tien" mentioned above.

According to information from the General Department of Market Surveillance, the location of the unscheduled inspection team on October 3 was also the place where employees closed orders and "plowed" views for videos introducing products such as perfumes, lipsticks, and electric brushes posted for sale mainly on Tiktok and Facebook.

Here, the inspection team noted that the business location is well-arranged with a full range of livestream areas, order closing areas, and computer areas to increase virtual views for videos, packaging areas and warehouses. The areas are arranged separately and scientifically, all on a floor of about 1,000m2.

In the packaging area, the inspection team recorded 2 pineapple sacks containing hundreds of orders of completely packaged perfumes that had been closed from the previous live session. Above each order, the recipient's information is written in many different provinces and cities such as: Quang Ninh, Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Dong Nai... Each order costs a few tens to several hundred thousand VND, waiting to be delivered to the J&T Express shipping unit to be transported to consumers.

Working with the Inspection Team, the Company's representative presented the Certificate of Enterprise Registration of a Joint Stock Company issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City for the first time in 2018 and the Certificate of Registration of Business Location registered for the first time in 2023. For the product is a batch of perfume, the company has not been able to present invoices and documents proving the legal origin.

According to information in Vietnam Law Newspaper, a series of products exclusively distributed by Zenpali company seriously violate advertising. Accordingly, on the official website, Zenpali always introduces itself towards natural, handmade cosmetics and does not follow the current industrial cosmetics trend.

In addition to perfume, the company also sells bamboo charcoal teeth whitening powder, cleanser, toothpaste, skin care products, hairdressing, etc. Worth mentioning, these products are constantly advertised by their team as a healing elixir.

Not stopping there, Zenpali company was also accused by a social media account named T.H.T. of stealing images for advertising. According to this account, she has never used Zenpali's Dr Hair product, but the image is constantly used in Zenpali's Dr Hair advertisements.
