Phan Cong Khanh continues to be accused - fraud, appropriating more than 25 billion VND

On July 23, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency said that it had made a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and execute a detention order for Phan Cong Khanh (or Khanh Super, SN 1994) for the crime of "fraudulent appropriation of property".
At the same time, the investigating agency also prosecuted and detained Mohamach Da Pha (27 years old) for the crime of "abusing trust to appropriate property" - considered an accomplice of Khanh.
It is known that Mohamach Da Pha is a collaborator at K Supper Showroom, ie K Supper Co., Ltd (Tran Hung Dao Street, District 1- where specializes in supercar business in Vietnam) led by Phan Cong Khanh.

The above decisions and orders have been approved by the People's Procuracy of the same level.
Also according to the Ho Chi Minh City Police, in the process of expanding the investigation, some more people have filed a complaint against Phan Cong Khanh and his accomplices to the Criminal Police Department.
Typically, Mr. P (from Kien Giang) accused, in early June, Phan Cong Khanh borrowed his Brabus 800 car to display at the K Supper Showroom when it opened.
However, after that, Phan Cong Khanh did not return the car. Mr. P found out, only to find out that Phan Cong Khanh had brought his car to sell to another person for 24.5 billion VND.
About Mohamach Da Pha also had a denunciation about having abused his trust to appropriate other people's property.
Specifically, Mr. LTS (from An Giang) has denounced - at the beginning of this year, Mohamach Da Pha introduced him to buy a BMW car for 1.8 billion dong. Mr. S authorizes another person to be named.
April 2023 Mohamach Da Pha contacted Mr. S to borrow the above car. Mr. S agreed and asked Mohamach Da Pha to find a car to sell. When there are customers, please notify him, do not arbitrarily sell or pledge.
Recently, Mr. S asked about the sale of the car, and Mohamach Da Pha falsely said that he was using it for commuting. However, when he heard that Phan Cong Khanh and Mohamach Da Pha were arrested, Mr. S found out that he had brought the car as a pledge for 1 billion VND.
During the investigation, the police agency recovered the car and initially Mohamach Da Pha admitted all the acts.

Worth mentioning, the super car boss is also accused by some people of appropriating an amount of several tens of millions of dong to several hundred million dong through business activities such as repair costs, K Supper showroom design or money to buy flowers to give customers to receive cars at the showroom...
Specifically, the Ho Chi Minh City Police received an application from Mr. K. accusing Khanh that he still owes money to buy flowers for customers when buying a car, with an amount of more than 100 million VND; and Ms. B. (living in Hanoi) reported that Khanh still owes 25 million dong to rent a tow truck and owes money to repair aluminum and glass, build a showroom to open.
Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Police had received an application from Ms. Luong Ngoc Thuy H. (SN 1991, living in Thu Duc City) accusing Khanh of appropriating the McLaren supercar. At the police station, Khanh and Pha admitted to taking her car for 2 billion VND.

Regarding the incident that led to Phan Cong Khanh's arrest, so far this defendant has admitted all acts.
Specifically, Ms. LNTH (living in Thu Duc district) has a McLaren BKS 51F - 821xx car worth 10 billion VND at the K Supper Showroom (6 Tran Hung Dao Street, District 1) for Khanh to sell. On May 23, Khanh tricked Ms. H into saying that a customer asked to buy a car, so he had to hand over the original car documents to the customer to check.
After that, Khanh handed over the car and the original car documents to Mohamach Da Pha to pledge to Dang Minh H. (SN 1991, living in Binh Tan district) for 2 billion VND.

When Ms. H asked for the papers and the car, Khanh dodged. When she learned that Khanh had brought the car as a pledge, Ms. H had filed a complaint against this super car dealer.
The Ho Chi Minh City Public Security Bureau is currently investigating to expand the case, calling on the relevant subjects to report soon to enjoy the leniency of the law. Those who are victims of Phan Cong Khanh and Mohamach Da Pha should soon report and denounce to serve the investigation and handling of the subjects.
