According to the investigation's conclusions, Thuy Tien, despite knowing that the Kera vegetable candy product had a very low fiber content (only 0.935%) and an unclear origin of ingredients, still participated in its extensive promotion. Although she proactively requested to change from a shareholder to a promotional partner in February 2025, this behavior still constituted a violation of the law.
