Mister International Vietnam 2023 Country Director said that Pham Minh Quyen was chosen because of his relentless efforts during the time since being crowned Mister Vietnam Champion until now. Over the years, Pham Minh Quyen has continuously participated in fashion stages, always working hard in practicing his body, performance skills as well as improving himself.

Currently, Pham Minh Quyen is a boxing coach for young Gen Z . With a masculine angular face, a standard body ratio of 1.88m, with a measurement of 3 rounds: 105 -79-105, Pham Minh Quyen is a bright representative that Vietnam sent this year.
