Not only was his health affected, during this period, People's Artist Quoc Anh had problems in his marriage. His family had conflicts that led to rifts. The nearly 20-year marriage was on the verge of breaking up.

"Life is like that. It is difficult to be perfect, but there must be breakdowns and stumbles. The important thing is that when you fall, you must find a way to stand up. For 3 consecutive years, I lived day by day with 2 meals of rice and studying directing. Through that time, I became stronger and more mature. I can affirm that wherever I am now, I can live," People's Artist Quoc Anh confided.

Now, when he retires, he has time to enjoy a peaceful life and no longer takes on too many roles. "I'm not pushy. At this age, I need to know where to sit and what to do. Only if I accept a good, suitable role. On the contrary, I politely refuse," People's Artist Quoc Anh shared.

When I first started my career, there weren't many opportunities and it was very hard. That day, I applied to perform and serve for free. It was hard, but it was a career." I'm lucky in life, I can't give up. I think I'm lucky. Life is still extremely lucky for Quoc Anh," People's Artist Quoc Anh confided.

Because of his dedication to his profession and gratitude for the luck in his career, People's Artist Quoc Anh confided that he never asked for salary when accepting a film invitation, even during his peak period.
