HOT: The court urgently informed about the case of Miss Thuy Tien being sued by Dang Thuy Trang for 2.4 billion VND

On the afternoon of May 8, the trial of the dispute over the property loan contract and compensation for non-contractual damages between Ms. Dang Thuy Trang (plaintiff) and defendant Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien will officially take place.

Accordingly, Dang Thuy Trang said that she had received a notice from the Court , "I hope this day has been a long time. I don't know the outcome of the trial, but I want everything to be clarified before the law". Dang Thuy Trang said. Meanwhile, on Thuy Tien's side, lawyer Ngo Phuong Thao said that she had not received the court's decision: "The scheduled date of the trial is in May, but I have not received the court's decision."

Previously, Thuy Tien's representative confirmed: "According to the documents given by Ms. Trang, there is no document showing that Tien borrowed from Trang and in fact, Tien has never received any money from Trang".

In November 2022, the case of Dang Thuy Trang suing Miss Thuy Tien to the People's Court of Go Vap District over a loan contract dispute received great attention.

Previously, the People's Court of Go Vap district accepted the lawsuit filed by Ms. Dang Thuy Trang against Miss Thuy Tien.

According to the lawsuit filed by Ms. Trang, in June 2017, through a number of people, Miss Thuy Tien knew that Ms. Trang was a show host, so she met many times and asked to borrow 1.5 billion VND to pay for the cost of participating in the flower show. The winner of the South with a commitment, after winning the prize, will use the paycheck to pay and let Ms. Trang work as a manager, enjoy a percentage when receiving the show.

According to the application, by April 2019, Thuy Tien invited Ms. Trang to go to a coffee shop in Binh Thanh District (HCMC) to pay, provided that she presented the original debt receipt. "I saw that Thuy Tien's people had brought money, so I believed and gave the original debt receipt to talk. Suddenly, Mrs. Thuy Tien grabbed the debt receipt and ripped it off immediately, but I couldn't stop it." Ms. Trang presented in the application.

"The fact that Thuy Tien borrowed money and then shied away from paying the debt, slandered me for crimes such as fraud, expropriated property, denounced me to the police agency without evidence, grounds... It puts me not only at risk of losing money, but also trampling on my honor and dignity, causing my health to deteriorate," wrote Ms. Trang.

Therefore, Ms. Trang filed a lawsuit against Miss Thuy Tien to court, asking the court to force Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien to pay her nearly 2.4 billion VND (including 1.5 billion VND in debt and 932 million VND in debt. compensation currency). At the same time, Ms. Dang Thuy Trang forced Thuy Tien to correct the information, posting a public apology notice on three newspapers.

After being sued by Ms. Trang, Miss Thuy Tien also filed a lawsuit against the People's Court of Go Vap District.

According to the content of the case, on September 7, 2022, the Criminal Police Department - Ministry of Public Security dismantled a prostitution ring led by Le Hoang Long. After that, the Criminal Police Department determined that the two beauties involved in this incident were TH and TT, who are quite popular in the Vietnamese showbiz world.

Before this information, Ms. Trang posted on her personal Facebook page with vague information about the incident, along with a picture of Miss Thuy Tien.

Trang's work has created doubts in the public about Miss Thuy Tien's involvement in Le Hoang Long's prostitution line.

In the petition, Miss Thuy Tien said that Ms. Trang had intentionally used her personal image, put pictures of her standing next to Le Hoang Long, then put hidden information and implied words on it. Social media caused public opinion and the public to misunderstand her involvement in the incident, which infringed on her honor, dignity and reputation.

Therefore, Miss Thuy Tien sued Ms. Dang Thuy Trang, asking the court to force Ms. Trang to stop posting articles using her personal image, giving false information on social networking sites. ; forcing Ms. Trang to remove all articles with false information, images, and content that harm legitimate rights and interests, correct the information and apologize to her.

During the press conference, Miss Thuy Tien affirmed that she did not receive any money from anyone, did not receive money from Ms. Dang Thuy Trang and that she was "set" in this case.

By early November 2022, the People's Court of Go Vap District (HCMC) accepted the dispute over compensation for non-contractual damages, ending the act of infringing upon the honor, dignity and reputation of individuals between the plaintiffs. Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien and the defendant is Mrs. Dang Thuy Trang.
