South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol has now declared national mourning in memory of the victims. A Vietnamese witness present at the tragedy told in fear after fortunately escaping the crowd. After escaping from there and returning home, Minh Trung still has not recovered from what is happening. "This is the first time I've felt life and d.eath so close," he said.
The fatigue and fear were even more evident when Trung was also the witness of the victims falling due to lack of oxygen: "That was the most t.orture in my life, it was like being pressed against my chest by a 5-ton elephant. Because they can't move because of their height, they can breathe air, other girls are shorter because they can't breathe, so they keep fainting a lot."

And everyone inside was just getting out, crying while walking, saying: "Everyone, don't go in anymore, someone is already dead, I almost lost it too!". After listening to the line, people still feel confused, some people turn in and out, some people stand still as if they don't understand anything..." - a Vietnamese witness recounted.
