Man assaults girlfriend in front of temple, police find shocking discovery at motel

Accordingly, on the same morning, people discovered a suspicious pawnbroker knocking down a woman in front of a pagoda on Le Kha Phieu Street (old National Highway 1, Tan Kien Commune, Binh Chanh District) and then getting on a motorbike and leaving.

The people checked again and discovered that the woman had passed away, so they reported it to the police. Initially, the person was identified as T. (born in 1988, residing in Binh Tan). From the clues collected, the Investigation Police Agency determined that the suspect was about 40 years old, had a romantic relationship with the victi.m, and lived in Ward 15, District 8, so they organized an investigation. However, when the working group arrived at the house, they discovered that the suspect had thought of committing suicid.e and committed suicid.e.

Initial investigation determined that the incident was due to a love conflict. Before committing the crime, the suspect texted the victi.m to meet at Tan Kien commune to talk. When they arrived at the meeting place, the two had a conflict, and the suspect caused the incident.

It is known that the subject had a criminal record, so the gir.l's family prevented the two sides from getting to know each other. Recently, the victi.m has limited meeting and contacting the subject, so the subject suspected that his girlfriend had someone else and became jealou.s, causing the heartbreaking incident above.

According to the indictment, at the end of 2022, Ms. Truong Thi Ngoc N. (born in 1987, residing in Bien Hoa City) took Mr. Truong Thanh T. (biological father) to the hospital where Danh Son worked to treat his cancer.

After that, Son and Ms. N. developed feelings for each other, often meeting at a motel in Tan Tien Ward (Bien Hoa City) to have se.x. Before falling in love, both of them had their own families. In March 2024, Ms. N. announced that she was pregnant and asked Son to take responsibility.

On April 9, 2024, Ms. N. took her father to Son's private clinic for a check-up. There, Son said he wanted to take his lover for a pregnancy check-up. However, Ms. N. did not agree and said she would tell her family and her workplace about their relationship. Fearing that it would affect his family life and work, Son decided to attac.k his lover.

On April 13, 2024, the male defendant told his colleague to give up his duty room so he could be alone. Son then called his girlfriend to the hospital to talk. When they met, Son coaxed her and offered to give Ms. N an IV.

While administering the IV, Son secretly injected 10 tubes of medicine into the IV tank, causing Ms. N. to fall into a deep sleep. The defendant then used a knife to cu.t Ms. N. into pieces and disposed of them in various places in Bien Hoa City and Vinh Cuu District.

After disposing of his lover, Son returned to the hospital to erase all traces and throw away items related to his girlfriend. At the same time, the defendant took mone.y, gold, and a phone from Ms. N. worth nearly 50 million VND.

Fearing that his crime would be discovered, on April 16, 2024, Son went to the hospital parking lot, found Ms. N's car, removed the license plate, and threw it away at Suoi Linh bridge, Long Binh ward (Bien Hoa city).

After many days of not being able to contact Ms. N., the victi.m's family reported the incident to the Bien Hoa City Police. Determining the unusual incident, the police checked the victi.m's relationships and activities and discovered that this woman was related to Danh Son.

On April 26, 2024, the police investigated and discovered that Son was involved, so they invited the defendant to interview and issued an emergency arrest warrant. On April 27, 2024, the Investigation Police Agency of Dong Nai Province Police searched Son's residence and seized 1 gu.n, 5 bullets, and 3 taels of gold.
