Mr. T said that for many years he has pursued and now only he knows the exact coordinates and location of the "treasure" of 3 tons of gold in the Ca Ty River.

"After I get permission to excavate and get permission from the authorities, then I can inform the press," T said.

Previously, Mr. H.P.T had just sent an application to the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province and the provincial Department of Information and Technology to exploit precious objects. For safety measures in exploiting "treasures", Mr. H.P.T proposed to appoint 10 police officers to protect safety during the exploitation period and financial officers to inventory assets after exploitation to bring assets to the state treasury of Binh Thuan province.

Mr. T also requested that 2 officers with experience in handling explosives be sent to handle if explosives were detected and all expenses were borne by Mr. T.

"I would like to commit that if allowed, I will deposit an environmental remediation deposit at the state treasury of Binh Thuan province, the amount of VND 500 million, and ask to receive it back after handing over the site as it was.

The exploited assets I would like to receive 30% of the total assets obtained, the remaining 70% I would like to hand over to the state treasury of Binh Thuan province for the leaders to handle", Mr. T stated.
