If you commit an organized crime, incite others to commit a crime, dangerous recidivism, or threaten people to intervene to protect public order as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 318, you will be sentenced to between 2 and 7 years in prison.
Thus, the crime of disturbing public order has a maximum penalty of 7 years in prison.
