Instead of modern and luxurious cinemas, the Red Rain screening took place right in the courtyard of the Quang Tri Ancient Citadel, which was once the fiercest battlefield. A large screen is erected in front of the memorial, transforming this stately space into a unique outdoor "cinema". Invitation tickets for the event were sent by the local government to veterans, relatives of martyrs and people, who have witnessed and felt the deepest sacrifices and losses of the war.

The most emotional highlight of the event was that the first row of seats was vacant. There, instead of the audience, there were blue backpacks, duckweed hats and white chrysanthemums, as a silent invitation to the heroes and martyrs. This is not only an art installation but also a delicate act of gratitude, expressing the deep gratitude of today's generation to those who have fallen to protect every inch of their homeland.

Attending the screening was the director, Artist Dang Thai Huyen, who has devoted three years to this film project. She shared that the screening of Red Rain at Quang Tri Ancient Citadel is a special, important and most sacred event in the career of the People's Army Cinema.
